I think the basic human rights are the ones really just listed in the Constitution’s Bill of Rights (the first 10 commandments. They are rights such as freedom of speech, religion, assembly, petition, and press. I feel that it is necessary to have these freedoms and rights written out so that there is no confusion or questioning as a human being on what you can and cannot do.

I have this view because I happen to like order, regulation, and knowing what I can and cannot do. I basically do not like to get in trouble for anything. So if there are a set of rules and laws then there is no way that someone can say or question “no that is not true.” I think that there is a reason why laws and regulations are created. It is to keep peace, law, and order between people and the country as a whole.
